Prime Benefits $87.00 in my checking account is gone, they ripped me off! Champlain New York

I was checking my account online, when I noticed the $87.00 deduction and by then it was to late the fake checked had cleared already. They used a preprinted check made out to them and typed in my last name for authorization. They had an address on the check, which I did not live there for over two years now. There was a customer service number on the check, so I called that.

The lady said I would get the money redeposited within 5 days. I know she was lying to me. She gave me the main number to the company and assured me that it was a real company. I tried the number and it was an answering machine. I have filed a report with the better business bureau and contacted my bank. I am just waiting now to see what happens.
