I purchased 4 candles on Dec 8th for a total of $50.96. They were poorly packaged with glass candle on top of glass candle with nothing in between. Needless, to say, they arrived all broken.  Their website does not come up anymore and they are not answering emails. They were to be Christmas presents and now I am out the $50.96 plus I have to go and purchase different presents. Shame on you Prize Candle, you have ripped off alot of people.

Prize Candle products ordered as Christmas gifts were not as promissed many of the candles had foul smells to them especially the Bourban Candle I spent over 200.00 with this company and am not pleased that they were not a company after the holidays to contact them with my complaints and the fact i wanted to return many of the items i had purchased very poor business practice and almost all of the rings were the same crappy and very cheap internet on-line based Internet
