I was sent emails when I signed up saying all you had to do was cancel by calling them or you could send it through the mail.Well I wanted mine done quickly so I called them.

3 months later now they have not canceled and I am finding out that their info is misleading according to them the number is there so you can call to get info on how to cancel, not what it says in the info I received from them.

So they are still taking money out of my account for something I never have used, I never even got the cards.
THey are total scam artists, they change the meaning of words they send you when you start with them to please them.

I too signed up with them because it seemed so legitimate, but was I wrong the leads they sent me were bogus, invalid emails and phone numbers. The people you talk to lie and now they are stealing money from me.
How can people get away with this.
Everyone needs to know they will scam you dry, so stay away from them.

Please don't tell me to get it together

AUTHOR: Pam - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, September 10, 2007

The info I received said call or write, I chose to call so it would be done quicker.
It does go on to tell you about the written cancelation, but it doesn't say you must do both.
The way it reads to me is you can call or write, if you write follow the directions after.
It never states both must be done it clearly states OR!!!!
And for someone who doesn't know me to tell me to get it together, is just not necessary. I know what I read, I saved the email and I did the right thing, ProCard just wants to scam people and take money from people who don't have it.
I was evicted from my home because my rent check bounced because of this company.
I have sent a cancelation letter, they haven't acknowledged it.
Am I canceled, still don't know.
DON'T SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!

Procard International's cancellation policies are clearly defined

AUTHOR: Greg - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, September 10, 2007

Pam,

You are going to have to get it together. Procard clearly defines its cancellation policies directly under "Membership Policies". Let me help you out, it states the following:

"If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the services, you may terminate membership at any time by written notification to Procard International, LLC. Upon receipt of written notification to Procard International, LLC. membership will discontinue on the next one to two billing statements, depending on the processing date of written notification. There is no refund for processing or other membership fees after your 30 day no risk membership has lapsed. It is the mutual responsibility of the member and the company to keep the membership in force. To guarantee uninterrupted service, the company continues the services unless notified by member in writing. Acceptance of membership affirms this procedure."

Do you see that they make reference to written cancellation on 4 different occassions. This is all readily available prior to enrollment. I work for the company and agree with their policy. They gave you membership cards in good faith, so you need to return them. Also, imagine if you were in the middle of a procedure with a dentist, and you no longer showed up as a member on the database because you called in the cancellation. They need a paper trail so that they are not liable for your payments to the dentist or any other provider. i.e. subsequent billing, etc...

Just follow their readily available steps for cancellation, and they will no longer exist for you.
