Nothing makes me more angry than unprofessionalism! This company tells you that you can promote Local Discounts.com, go there and see all the promises....I had someone sign up online and when they got their so called welcome kit which promised static window stickers to place in customers view and all this yada, yada, yada...what they received was an envelope with a welcome letter explaining how great local discounts was, but NO, I repeat, No window stickers...yet the letter advised the benefit of the stickers and the vital placement of said stickers and how the stickers can be reused or moved because they are static...but No STICKERS!!!
This speaks volumes about Procard to me! They also gave me my FREE leads...of which 4 e mail addresses didnt exist(someone should make sure the FREE LEADS are Valid!)Misleading, I would say! I signed up as an active associate and will be canceling tomorrow, Ive read nightmare stories on the way others were given the run around so I don't have a story on that yet! I'll repost to let you know how that goes!
I just despise untruths made by people who try to take My hard earned money! But this I can tell you, I'm a professional and there is nothing professional about what I've witnessed on this company! They do not answer phones and when i called at 11:30 p.m. a recording told me to leave a message that all operators were busy helping other associates...lol! Gimme a break

All this over a sticker. If they didn't answer the phone, why didn't you email them. I wouldn't even put the sticker on my window anyway. It only lets current customer know that they can spend less. It's the directory listing on the website that drives new customers to the business. As far as Procard taking people's hard earned money, that is just ridiculous. They don't require and investment and even if you sign up yourself to become active it is only a few dollars a month if you get the cheapest plan. For that you get free leads that have answered an ad that is Procard specific. Buying non Procard specific work from home leads costs way more than the few dollars a month the discount card would cast you. It seems to me that if you have nothing better to do than complain about a free opportunity the you are just one of those people who seeks out reasons to fail.

A key feature of fraudulent scams is when no one makes money except the Rip-Off Artists. Procard International guarantees their profits right off the top. You cant even hope to evaluate their so-called "money making opportunity" until after they've made their money. Your initial payments to them is their only source of profit so don't expect them to refund anything they don't absolutely have to despite their online promises.
By the way, Procard International must have a paid position for constantly monitoring these complaints. Writing rebuttals is apparently an essential part of their occupation. Procard can afford to spend so much time here because they don't have a legitimate business to attend to.
What makes them the crooks they are and deserving of contempt is how they have no conscience against financially hurting well-meaning people who are struggling to survive, by stealing what little money they have and waisting their time, not to mention causing them torment and mental anguish.
SHAME ON YOU, PROCARD INTERNATIONAL !!!

I signed up with procard a little over a month ago. I signed myself up as a member not because I had too, but because I wanted to hurry and get started and get my free leads. I received my leads promptly and anytime I have had a question it had been answered within 24 hours or sooner. I have not made any money yet, but I have another full time job and haven't pur a lot of time into it. Also people are naturally skeptical and all these few complaints make them more so. I accidentally came up on this site and was just curious. I think some people may have not just read all of the material. I checked with the mail-order company for contacts and found I can save $5.oo a box more with procard than I can through my husbands insurance mail order. I think from everything I have read the company is legitimate and fair. I just need to work harder. I also received my cards sooner than I expected

Hello,
I have been working with Procard for about 3 years now and totally love it! I have 2 small children at home and this allows me to earn an income and be with them at the same time!
I have been working in their Local Discounts division for about 6 or 7 month's now as well - in addition to the referral rewards - which I can do entirely at my own pace and during my own hours as it is all emailing and following up....
As I read the comment above, from Wayne, I wonder why this company would not have just called, emailed, written, etc....to just have them send the missing sticker?? I have received info in the mail before, as I am sure everyone else on the planet has also -- but just called and whatever was missing, was sent...no big deal. I would never imagine claiming any of those companies are "scamming me" in any way -- something was just left out....it happens!!
I have submitted over 40 businesses recently and have never had a problem-- but if there is a problem - this company has always been there 24/7 to fix it, give me the correct info, etc...depending on what the issue is.... It appears from the response issued by the company that they did not receive any notice that a sticker was missing -- just accusations that they were ripping someone off because something was inadvertantly missing??? How can anyone correct a situation if they are not made aware of it - especially such a simple error,which could have been easily taken care of right away...???? This is ver confusing to me and frustrating that this info is allowed to be posted when it seems so irrational and could possibly give anyone looking to work with Procard a negative impression (although if anyone reads it - I surely don't see how they would not realize the actual situation here and how outrageous it is....)

Our office has received basically this information you posted here in an email from you when you cancelled and made these specific comments regarding the missing sticker in question.
At the time we did send you an apology email stating the fact that those packets to businesses who promote their services via our FREE network are stuffed by hand and occasionally an error will occur. Although, as we informed you previously, we have not had a business contact us as of yet regarding any missing stickers. Had they - we just would have simply mailed them one....not a problem at all!
Our office had no knowledge of a business being upset by a missing sticker until you had sent an email to us with the same information and tone as your posting here alleging we are trying to rip off a company by not including the sticker - that would never be our intention, and it obviously never would be our intention. These allegations were the first report to us not an email stating that the sticker was missing and to replace it but these allegations listed above??
The name of this business has not still been sent to us, although they do have all of the information to contact us so I trust if they need a sticker that was inadvertently missing, they would contact us to allow us to fix the error and simply mail them a sticker for their business.
Our Local Discounts division does allow businesses all over the country to advertise their business, where they can post a listing and change their promotion/advertisement info at anytime they wish. They do in fact receive a sticker for their door, window, counter, etc.to promote the use of the discount to their current customers.
We would look forward to helping this business by sending them a replacement sticker!
