When I agreed to this program I did not know what it entailed. I paid $5,565.00 for this program. It is nothing like I thought it would be. I thought everything would be done for me. I did not know I was going to have to come up with more money for a web site and listings, etc. I saw that there is just too much work to be done and more money to expend. More than I had anticipated. And I just could not keep up with the lessons and the assignments.

I sent a request to get out of this program in August, 2003 and to get a complete refund on my investment. All I got was a reminder that there was a no refund policy. There was supposed to be a guarantee or a full refund. I was charged $5,565.00 for this program and I have not gotten anything from it. It is an expensive investment but like I said, not at all what I had expected. This is a large amount of money that I really cannot afford to keep paying on when I am not using it nor do I feel like I will ever use it. My heart is just not in it.

I had hoped that they would see themselves clear to make me a complete refund or in the alternative, at least a negotiated compromise. I do not now think they are a legitimate organization. By my complaint I was obviously not a committed individual to the program.

I too had talked with Devin Willis at Customer Care Manager and he just refused to give me a refund or to even negotiate for a partial refund. We got into a loud verbal fight and eventually we both hung up. He just was not going to hear my plight. I even mentioned to him that at first I thought this had to do with Robert Allen. That is what I had responded to and yet I did not have dealings with Robert Allen, just PMG. When I questioned him about that all he said was that they are affiliates with Robert Allen.

During the argument, I asked Devin why would they want someone in this program that was not totally in it or even want to be in it. All he could say was that I committed myself to the program and they were not going to give me a refund.

I was talked out $5,565.00 and got nothing from it. I am still paying on the amount because they insisted on the money up front. I had to use my credit card with two different charges because they could only bill American Express up to $4,000.00 at a time. I have nothing to show for that money and am disgusted with the whole thing. I believe I have been ripped off. To make matters worse, how could they still want me to do their program. Because they don't care, they just want the money.

Hello to all, I hope this message finds each and every one of you in good spirit and health. It is wonderful that this company was willing and able to come foward and rectify this situation. I only hope that they continue to do so from here on out. I only wish that the fraudulent, third party marketing, white collar mafia who are responsible for selling me their John Beck garbage would do the same. I am presently in a dispute battle with this company and will continue to post reports on them until my very last breath.

I am holding Mike Evan's and or his supervisor fully responsible for contacting me, a public apology and resolving this situation immediately. Ignoring this post and continuing to avoid me will only further piss me off and make it absolutely necessary to increase my request.

My request for fair compensation is for much time wasted, which may never be recovered, stress and aggravation, postage, computer ware and all other items that pertain to the recovery of being a victim of this scam.

Much time has gone by since my first and original demand for a refund and compensation that it has become necessary to once again increase my demand. My request is now up to $148,600.00.

THIS IS NOT AN ATTEMPT TO BLACKMAIL OR BRIBE ANYONE. The ball is totally on their side of the court and this is a golden opportunity for Mike Evan's and or his supervisor to contact me and admit and rectify any and all of their wrong doings in a public forum, such as this one.

Forget any and all infomercials, for this is the one and only true test and opportunity that no legitimate company would turn down. Legitimate companies that have nothing to hide and are WILLING to PROVE it, would definitely take this opportunity to come foward, resolve and squash all complaints in the public eye, and not make excuses for not doing so.

Fraudulent companies that have much to hide and are NOT WILLING to PROVE any of their claims, run, hide under rocks and tries to justify doing so. They forever make excuses and even try to blame consumers for failing in their non-existant programs. Ever heard someone say this? "We have the average amount of complaints for a company our size". If anyone ever tells you this, hang up the phone immediately. There is no excuse for ANY number of complaints to be ignored and unresolved.

Any and all companies that would even attempt to justify sweeping ANY number of complaints under the rug is a scam. Fraudulent companies will even go as far as to threaten consumers with lawsuits for merely exercizing ones right to dispute quality of goods and services. I know this to be true, because I myself have been threatened by Mike Evans. He knows it!! All I'm asking right now is for Mike Evans and or his supervisor to contact me to try and resolve this situation.

This is the one and only true test and opportunity to see if anyone from this company is willing to PROVE themselves legitimate in this very public forum. PROVE to the entire world that you are not only in business to try to win people over in the credit card dispute battle.

PROVE to the entire world that you are not desperately trying to get me to bow out of the dispute battle, by constantly submiting ridiculous items, which have nothing to do with my reason for dispute.

PROVE to the entire world that you don't blatantly and deliberately mislead, deceive and sell your garbage through false pretences and even go as far as to threaten people after someone has found out they have been taken for a ride. PROVE SOMETHING!!

Don't think for a second that I'm ever going away. I have absolutely no problem continuing to exercize my constitutional rights until my very last breath and will use any means possible to protect myself and the entire world against these fraudsters.

P.S. When you have time be sure to read my entire report. Go back to the main page and conduct a search on John Beck. If it's true that the telemarketers in this company fowards all their calls requesting refunds around the boiler room just for laughs, I hope they're able to squeeze a few good laughs out of this posting, because the joke truly lies in their fraudulent infomercial and non-existant program they're selling.

Way to go my fellow hawaii resident!!
I hope this message finds each and every one of you in good spirit and health. This message has been posted for everyone who may be researching a company or companies, especially those that are supposedely selling so-called "mentoring" by so-called "gurus". I am happy that Waynes situation has been resolved and I hope that this company can continue to resolve each and every consumer complaint from here on out.

If they have nothing to hide, want to PROVE to the world that they are legitimate or just stay on top of things and stay ahead of the competition, what they have done to resolve this situation sets them far apart from many of the other so-called "gurus".

They definetely did the right thing and need to be commended for it. It is true that all businesses receive complaints one time or another, how these complaints are handled is what separates good businesses from crooked ones. Legitimate businesses that have nothing to hide would definetely come foward and explain the situation and or rectify it.

Fraudulent businesses that have much to hide, lack morals and don't care about their reputation so they run, hide under a rock and continue to search for other avenues to rob consumers.

I have been scammed by the third party marketing company responsible for selling me John Beck Amazing Profits and I am going to continue fighting for a refund and what has now become a huge reimbursement until my very last breath.

The reimbursement, in case you are wondering is for all my time wasted, that I will never recover, stress, aggravation, misselanious, etc, etc. I figure it to be around $148,600.00. THIS IS NOT AN ATTEMT TO BLACKMAIL OR BRIBE ANYONE!! Good words and opinions about their company is not for sale here.

It's totally Mike Evan's responsibility to contact me, or have his manager contact me, publicly apologize and try to resolve this situation in the public eye. Ignoring me and the situation will only further piss me off and force me to raise the amount of my request. I have no problem continuing to exercise my constitutional rights.

The ball is now in their court. They now have a golden opportunity to PROVE to the world their legitimacy and good will. I will definetely keep the millions of loyal visitors and supporters of this website posted. I will continue to monitor and report this business as much as I can. It is a good idea for everyone who have been ripped off to go after much more than the amount of the initial rip-off.

This would start a major precedence and would also discourage companies in turning to the dark side, by making them aware that we as consumers will not tolerate any unethical, unprofessional and sometimes even flat out criminal activities. The sad thing is that there are no agencies in place that monitors businesses and protects consumers from scams and businesses that are so horrendous, they are really only looking for ways to drag people behind closed doors (court) and rob (out lawyer) them. Even the agency which has the title to protect consumers (consumer protection) can't really do much for consumers. The better business bureau? That's a good place to submit complaints and pray to someday have enough compiled against the company in question, to finally get some kind of action taken. This process is way too time consuming.

Fraudulent businesses are way ahead of the game and found many ways to manipulate the system. They have found ways to use any and all loopholes in laws that govern transactions. They have also found many ways to shape the rules, regulations, policies and procedures in their favor and to their advantage. The rules, regulations, policies and procedures that I am referring to are the ones that are often hiding somewhere in the fine print of all credit cards. Keep in mind that even after you have found out that a company has screwed you, they have a huge chance of stealing your money, because of all the elaborate traps that they have set. WARNING:

Don't ever purchase anything over the phone or off the Internet, until you have a copy of the company's return policy in writing and signed by either the owner of the company or the manager. If the company is legitimate and has nothing to hide, they would have absolutely no problem furnishing this information.

Never allow a salesperson to use high pressure sales tactics on you, by creating a false sense of urgency or pressure you in any way into making an immediate decision. If their offer was truly as good as they claim, it could wait a few days. Fraudulent companies often resort to using high pressure sales pitches so that consumers don't have the time to research the company or change their mind.

Salespeople will tell you anything and everything it is you want to hear even if it's not true. I could go on forever, but I think that I'm going to stop here for now, because by now I'm probably starting to sound a little redundant.

Anyways, I don't feel that I have to say much more, because so far not even one person has come foward to defend the company and PROVE that there company and offer is legitimate.

When you have the time be sure to read my report on the fraudulent, third party, white collar, mafia responsible for selling me the FREE AND CLEAR garbage and still could not even deliver that. I want to tell the world to stay FREE AND CLEAR OF THEM AND THEIR BOGUS INFOMERCIAL. Actions speak louder than words.

I hear a lot of words from these infomercial companies, but I don't ever recall seeing much action. If it's true that the telemarketers in these boiler rooms foward all calls of refund attempts around the room for good laughs, I really hope that they're able to squeeze a good laugh out of this one, for the joke lies on their fraudulent company and offer.

Refund Granted

I spoke with Kirk Brady this morning, 4-5-04, and he informed me that on the authority of Devin Willis, that they were going to refund me the entire $5,565.00. We have come to a satisfactory conclusion and am just awaiting the credit to my credit card or refund as promised. I will update this report upon receipt of the promised refund.

I was ripped off, too. His programs are not worth thousands of dollars. His staff lie a lot. To stop Robert Allen, we need to tell the truth to the public. People know about him by his books. We can send messages and show these reports to New York Time and other online book stores. Call TV news stations. They always look for stories to report.

Let's work hard together.

Howdy folks, I hope that this message finds each and every one of you in good spirit and health, I just wanted to start off by saying that I'm glad that the gentlemen who posted the first rebuttal had such an easy time getting a refund from the company, however if you'll take notice and look at all the rip-off reports regarding real estate gurus supposedely selling their secrets to wealth you will notice that there are very few rebuttals by employees, or the companies themselves to defend their false and very misleading claims. As I said earlier, I am glad that the gentlmen was given a refund so graciously, given his situation and circumstances, but consider how many hundreds or if not thousands of people have beeen jacked. I want every one to be aware that countless people have been victimized by this ongoing scam. I want everyone out there to know that these moneymaking programs that are sold via misleading and deceptive PAID infomercials are never what is seems, for they have no mention in any of them about the emormous investment that follows soon after. To make a very long story short, after someone puchases one of these pie in the sky, get rich quick schemes, he or she can expect to get a sales call from a third party company selling them on non-existing mentoring, upgrades for their program such as websites, merchant accounts, etc, etc.

WARNING!! THESE BOGUS MENTORING PROGRAMS BY SO CALLED GURUS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. THERE IS A d**n GOOD REASON WHY COMPANIES THAT HAVE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES FIND IT NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT A NO REFUND POLICY.

IT'S A TRAP!! ONCE SOMEONE FINDS OUT THAT THEY HAVE BEEN DUPED, THEY WILL ALSO FIND OUT VERY SOON AFTER HOW DIFFICULT TO NEAR IMPOSSIBLE IT IS FOR THEM TO GET A REFUND.

THESE COMPANIES ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF EXTORTION AND HIDE BEHIND ANY AND ALL LOOPHOLES IN THE RULES AND REGULATIONS (FINE PRINT)REGARDING CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS.

THEY MAKE HUGE PROFITS BY HOLDING PEOPLE'S ENOURMOUS INVESTMENTS HOSTAGE. MANY PEOPLE DON'T EVER DISPUTE THE QUALITY OF SERVICES OR EVEN COME FOWARD TO ACKNOWLEGE THE FACT THAT THESE COMPANIES HAVE NOT CARRIED OUT THE SERVICES THAT THEY'VE PROMISED AND ALSO ARE NOT ABLE TO LIVE UP TO ANY OF THEIR CLAIMS.

IT'S REALLY SAD HOW MANY PEOPLE ACTUALLY LOSE MONEY IN THESE SCAMS FOR THE SIMPLE REASON, MANY PEOPLE DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN SEEKING JUSTICE. I AM PRESENTLY IN A DISPUTE BATTLE WITH THE UNSCRUPOLOUS COMPANIES WHO ARE SELLING JOHN BECK'S AMAZING PROFITS. SO FAR THESE COMPANIES HAVE BEEN GETTING AWAY WITH ROBBERY.

THEY ARE CONSTANTLY SUBMITTING RIDICULOUS ITEMS SUCH AS INVOICES, RECEIPTS, CONTRACTS, ETC, ETC, ALL WHICH HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REASON FOR MY DISPUTE.

IF YOU'LL NOTICE I HAVE NOT ONCE DENIED ORDERING THEIR PROGAM IN ANY OF MY PREVIOUS REPORTS. MY REASON FOR DISPUTE IS QUALITY OF SERVICES, IN THAT WHAT HAS BEEN SOLD TO ME AND WHAT HAS BEEN DELIVERED IS FROM TWO ENTIRELY DIFFERENT WORLDS.

THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE NOT ONCE FURNISHED ANYTHING EVEN REMOTELY RELEVANT TO MY CLAIMS AND ACTUALLY HAVING IT PASS AS LEGITIMATE COUNTERS, ONLY PROVES THEIR DESPERATION AND INTENT TO RIP EVERYONE OFF.

Fair Treatment

I just wanted to share my experince that was a good view of this company

I joined and invested $6,000 into the program and loved my coach Dane. When I became ill and had to be hospitalized. I called Devin Willams (Manager of customer care) He ask for a doctors note which I provided for documentaion and all my money was refunded in a week.

Overall I'd give them outstanding grade due to their compasion and getting my money back to help pay my bills.

Although they goofed when they issued credit, they quickly admitted their mustake and refunded me my shipping cost as well.

I have delt with many other online venturers and have heard lots BS excuses.

Despite their mistake, I would definitly buy from them again, based on their honesty, and great caring in my situation .

I am not sure about others on this fourm but in my situation I found them fair.
