This "company" will call your office, talk to the front desk/receptionist about your fax/copier and then fax you an ORDER CONFIRMATION. Your unsuspecting receptionist will sign it and fax it back because it *looks* legitimate, then you will get supplies with an invoice.

This is just one of many "toner pirates" out there. Unfortunately, if you are reading this it's probably too late and you have either received supplies or will be receiving supplies and an OUTRAGEOUS invoice. In either case, keep the supplies. Make either Progressive Office Supplies or IDCSERVCO pick up the supplies for free or keep them and make them sweat it out.

Make sure all of your staff realizes NO ONE is to give out makes/models of all the office machines. Make ONE PERSON in charge of ordering supplies and let that person field all calls and faxes.

Report all "pirate" companies to the FTC.
