Progressive Office Products - IDCSERVCO ripoff, dishonest, consumer fraud Culver City California

Progressive Office Products AKA IDCSERVCO called saying that they were from Minolta and that the price of my toner is going up and I should buy right now at a low rate. When I realized that we get our toner free with our minolta contract it was to late I sent the check in already.

I called customer service several times and got the run around. I spoke to several individuals Melissa Jones, Anthony ( don't know last name), Kenneth Miller-supervisor, and Henry Hill-supervisor and most of the time I got a answering machine picking up.

I want to return the 3 Minolta toner cartridges and get a refund. The fact of the matter is that I was lied to and they say I can't return it or I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee is B---S---. I found out a lot of information (mostly at ripoffreport.com) They've been doing this scam since at least 2002 and countless companies have been scammed. They use different names, address, phone #, but their "Service Company" is always IDCSERVCO.

They must be stopped and prosecuted to the fulliest.
