Promomodels.com Failed to pay, disregards all contact, would like to file class action lawsuit, looking for other models who have been scammed Internet

I worked for PromoModels.com in September of 2008 and have yet to be paid. My emails and phone calls have been disregarded. My "account executive" Rachel no longer works for the company and my emails were forwarded to Hilary in Accounting. I have yet to receive any information on when I will be paid for my event, despite numerous emails and phone calls.

I am looking for other models who have been screwed by this company. I've read many, many other reports, but nothing will be done for any of us if we work individually. Please email me if you have complaints, including your name, location, dates of events worked, what you should have been paid, and attach any contracts you've signed. If you don't feel comfortable providing your legal name, etc. feel free to leave that information out, but make sure you include when you should have been paid. If you spoke with someone, list who and when you spoke with them.
