won an auction for a painting. on the site it says that product will be shipped within two days after auction. We never heard a word after the 3rd of january 2015. So we contacted them on the 10th, took two days to respond and this is what we got-

PROPERTRYROOM.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPMENT OR RETURN OF ANY ITEM PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE FROM ANY MERCHANT. YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND SOLE RECOURSE WITH RESPECT TO SUCH ITEMS IS TO FILE A CLAIM WITH SUCH MERCHANT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BY SUCH MERCHANT IN THE SPECIFIC ITEM LISTING DETAIL.

we have not received the paintin we won, yet and this is the 13th of January 2015. I would not recommend anyone to order from them because as they state they do not protect the buyers at all.
