  What is it about the site that makes you "feel" that it is run by some nameless police department?  It certainly looks like a commercial site to me.   They definitely don't claim to be affiliated with any police dept.    If this was really a concern, all you had to do was click on the "Company Info" link on the homepage.

  What are you saying?  They told you the pics show larger than actual size.  That's not a ripoff.  It's called being honest.  If you refuse to believe them, that would seem to be your problem.

   I think I see what the problem is.   You bid on something you knew nothing about and now you have buyers remorse.   Here's a clue for you.   There are 454 grams to a pound.  How big do you think a 1 gram bar is supposed to be?  By comparison an old silver dime (pre '65) contains a full 2 grams of silver.

  Nothing in your report indicates that you were scammed.   You even claim that they disclosed everything that you have complained about.   Your lack of knowledge about what you were bidding on is nobody's problem but yours.
