Ripped Off by Protek Credit Advisors in Wilmington DE, applied for a loan online, was contacted by Tori Lanzski at Protek Credit Advisors that I was approved for a $5,000.00 loan, because of my credit the company required a 16% (800.00) be wired to Omar Taylor in Canada. Once they received my $800.00 Tori again requested another $800.00 for insurance, at that point I told her to cancel my application and refund my money plus the wire amount.
It's been 3 weeks and I have not received my refunds nor am I able make contact with anyone at Protek. I've looked on the Better Business Bureau and it shows as off July 31, 2008 the mail is either unknown or undeliverable. I have made numerous calls to Protek and all I get is voice mail. All I want is my full refund and be done.
