Took my car there for oil leak and brake problems and left there 850.00 less in my account, got half way home and things started to fall out of my car. Took car right back there and of course they take no responsibility for anything they do or dont do. Was charged for Air Filter and looked under my hood and discovered I had the original filter.
Manager, Mr. Hatch is a chicken s**t and is afraid of a girl. I will not let them get away with this. I will make several copies of all the complaints listed on this site and make sure they get posted everywhere for all to enjoy. They will have no choice to close their doors after I get finished with them!!!!!

Better yet, have them deliver it to you. The air filter for a PT Cruiser is a stock item. You pulled a fast one, and got caught.

Ms.Leann was told to come back for her air filter, which was special ordered through the dealer. Everything else was done correctly on her PT Cruiser. She never came back to Purrfect Auto to this day for her prepaid air filter. From our phone conversation her only complaint was the missing air filter...nothing was falling apart!
And our store had the most successful year ever with the most customers in our 5 year history, and we would love to give you your air filter, it's still on the shelves.
Oh and Hutch is not a chicken...., he's just polite and humble, you should learn from him miss.
