PURRFECT AUTO SERVICE DEBRA LIED TO ME AND CHARGED $3,500 TO MY CREDIT CARD Unauthorized charges of $3,500 from Purrfect auto on Craig Rd. North Las Vegas, Nevada

I took my car to purrfect auto on 4-19-10, it was smoking and leaking oil, she had here worker to take me to Avis rental car on Craig rd, I had the rental car from 4-19-10 to 4-20-10. i took the car to debra so i could pick up my car, she was to turn it in, the bill was 1400.00 dollars paid by c/c by my friend in NC. i drove my car home. it drove ok. I put newspaper under it where it had been leaking before I took it there, i pulled my car out to drive and oil was on the paper, i dont drive it often but on the 4-29-10 I took it back up there and debra didnt work there anymore,

in the mean time I chk my visa account and avis had charged me for the rental car 230.29 dollars, I called debra she said im calling them right now, so i called wells fargo bank to dispute the charge, I told the mgr at purrfect auto. i needed a letter stateing they pay for rental car, have not recieved letter yet. Now my car is back up there. I took it in for car leak chk. my drivers side windoe and my compresser, he 4 motors in the car doors, a computer and other things i did not authorize, the bill game to 3.500.00 dollars. I told him i only came for 3 things and he did all these things, he took out 3 motors on the door and he said he couldnt take out th computer and take it back,

ok my friend in Nc was talking to him. he told him he wanted his money. ok they got there money. on 5-15-10 I went up there to see why he couldnt call my friend in NC. when I got there he said your car is paid for but you cant take it. I have a couple more things to do to it, I went up there on 5-17-10 and stayed 3 hrs and it still was not ready. I have called every day and its something different every day, i just called 2x's this morn 5-22-10 and its still not ready for me to bring it home.

I would like to know what can be done about this, they do work thats not authorized to do and give you this big bill, I think this should be investigated because its unfair to me and im a senior citizen and a Lady and being taken advantaged of, I have a rental car that he John the mgr, is paying for, but I want my own car.
