I simply would like to agree with the other reports. I was recently quit my position at QCD of America simply because of Larry Simms. I was sexually harrassed, told to lie to customers, brokers, change pricing "depending on how much I can get" and overall treated like dirt.
I would advise anyone with half a brain to not take a job with this company and PLEASE don't purchase the product, you WILL regret it.
3/4 of all the employees were fired, laid off or most have quit and they are on their way out, deservedly so.

My name is Larry N. Sims, President of QCD of America, Inc.
This posting, like similar others, were done by a former employee and is specifically designed to liable our company and me personally. This person posted on many sources that do not filter content and allow for misrepresentation.
QCD of America has been in business since 1992 and we are licensed and regulated by the Texas Department of Insurance. We have been successful in our business due to our outstanding employees with long term tenures. Unfortunately, some individuals do not perform their individual job functions in a manner that is consistent with our standards and are not able to continue with our company. A few of these individuals select this type of vindictive approach designed to harm our company.
I apologize for the unprofessional content of the posted message and can assure any reader that it is simply not true. I encourage the reader to consider the source of this type of posting and am confident that all will see it for what it is.
