I would like you to send me the no social security card/number need card. I would like for you to give me the highest level of credit you would give an illegal immigrant.
If I had only known that QCD of America was a revolving door of sales managers and sales people. I should have listened to my instincts when Larry Sims advertised the position on Career Builder for 80k but after I accepted the position of sales manager, he then explained that the position would be in training for the first 90 days at 60K. But having already left my previous position, I reluctantly accepted, knowing that I would soon reach the numbers he was looking to achieve and earn the additional 20k.
I also want to warn any prospective employee that QCD of America is a revolving door and in my opinion Mr. Larry Sims can not be trusted. In the 8 months I was there Mr. Sims hired and fired Regional Sales Managers in Houston, San Antonio, St. Louis, and Denver. It is my experience that most employees last less than 1 year. He will often ask then to resign as he is firing them.
Lastly, I would like to warn Insurance agents and brokers. I do not have any personal knowledge of brokers being cheated their commissions, but I did know that some commissions were held for some reasons, but I was not allowed access to commissions. These were handled by Mike Hordies. If I had any accounts that had QCD of America Dental plan I would make sure my relationship to the account was very strong. It was not uncommon for QCD to go direct to the company.

I worked for Larry at QCD for two years right out of college and recently left due to finding a new job in a different field of work. I never experienced anything that was written by "Brent", Larry is a very fair boss and treats his employees good. I saw a hand full of sales reps come and go too but only because they came in knowing they had quotas to make and simply sat in their office and did not get out and sale. You can't be in a sales position and sit behind your desk, not make any sales, and be successful. The author of this "rant" obviously was upset that he/she was let loose and instead of going out and finding a new job, they went on the internet and spread lies and false statements.
QCD is a fun place to work and most of the comments that are posted on this site and others are false and do not reflect the company or the employees that work there.

So this ugly f*** is actually trying to rebut a plethora of complaints about QCD of America.
Really Larry!! What he (Larry Sims) wrote is all lies. When some of these reports came out he contacted me and bitched me out, but never tried to make my last paycheck good (He had cancelled payment on it).
For some reason this a*s thought I still worked for him. Bitching me out about the truth just isn't going to happen. I will post what I want, where I want, when I want, as many times as I want. I can do this with a clear conscious because its the truth.
Larry Sims is a liar, a cheat, a con, a pervert, he does sexually harass all the women that work there, well the good looking ones anyway. He does lie to brokers, he does lie to customers and most of all QCD of America and Larry Sims are nothing more than a front for his sexual and financial exploits.
Larry, I am putting together a class action suit against you and the people that have worked for you, literally hundreds. I posted a couple of places "If you worked for QCD of America and Larry Sims" please contact me. So far I have had, lets just say, an enormous response. I wish they would all get on hear and tell their horror stories of this "man." Pu**y!

My name is Larry N. Sims, President of QCD of America, Inc.
It has been brought to my attention that this posting has been placed containing malicious and false statements about our company and me personally.
QCD of America, Inc. has been in business since 1992 and it licensed and regulated by the Texas Department of Insurance. Our company has established a long and proven track record of customer satisfaction.
We are fortunate to have many great employees at QCD with long tenures. Unfortunately, some individual employees do not perform their functions to our standards and are not able to be included in this group of long term associates.
Unfortunately, this is the case with the individual responsible for this posting. This person was a QCD employee and selected to react to his situation by placing these remarks with the intention of spreading false information about our company and certain associates.
I would like to personally apologize for the content in this posting and assure the reader that it is not true. I would like to encourage the reader to consider the source when reading such postings on sites that allow this type of behavior.
