Radiate Athletics No receipt of product Pennsylvania

This was the first and only time I contributed to a Kickstarter campaign. The product is an athletic shirt that changes color as you workout.  That is what was advertised in any case.  The company has received MANY complaints from people who have not received their shirt/sweatshirt. There has been some communication on their website, so I guess some of the items have been delivered.  It's not like this product is going to change my life, but since I paid for it, it would be nice to finally see it.   Still haven't heard anything from the company, and I truly hate the feeling of being scammed.  If they can't take care of the people who funded their company, how much can that business grow?  Maybe it was a scam all along?
