I went with a company to sell my structure settlement. So along come Rapid Settlement to say they can help out. But instead of calling me they show up at my door. They had my information which I never said it was okay for them to get my information.
They been showing up at my house trying to get my business when I never agreed to go with Rapid Settlements. When I received a court date for my company transfer they went to court and put a objection to transfer.
I never even wanted to deal with a company that goes behind my back getting information and sending it to court when I never agree to go with them. Now they want to mess up my court date and hoping my settlement doesn't get approved and it gets sold to them.
Rapid settlements are greedy company who don't understand what no means. They will do anything even lie just to get for you as a customer. Which I believe is not the way to do business.
Tuan Tran is the one who kep showing up at my home. His a financial analyst if he does this to get clients. How does he treat the clients he has. He is a dishonest person who works with a dishonest company. Beware of this Rapid Settlements they will try to mess your structured settlement sale.

When dealing with structured settlement buyers a company that has helped me out was Rapids, located in Houston Texas. Rapids is a company that gives you the most for your annuity. Unlike other companies I have dealt with, this company will not seek to take payments that are too far away in the future. They will ask you what payments your are interested in selling and try to get you the best deal.
Rapids settlements has in my opionion one of the most helpful and understanding financial advisor, any company could have. Rapids looks out for the clients best interest and makes sure they are completely satisfied. I have dealt with this company twice and they have done transactions I am satisfied with.
I would recommend this company to anyone who is selling their annuity. If you plan on selling your annuity ask for Tuan Tran, he will guide you every step of the way.
