Rapid Settlements ripoff stall tactics, misleading quotes, misleading sales tactics Houston Texas

I inquired about this company when I was selling my settlement agreement. I searched Peachtree and JG Wentworth services as well. I chose rapid due to their statement of a no more than 90 day close, and my quote was for $22,000.

I finished the contracts and returned them in their sase. 30 days, 60 days, 90,120 days pass before I receive a call telling me that their attorneys and the language in my contract with them was wrong? I then had to pay additional attorney fees when i was told that there arent any fees? I needed the money so i signed em and sent em back.

Well more days past and same thing again? except that the language had to be redone and my state didnt approve any settlement sale. I would have to travel to another state to do this deal? Costing me more money i didnt have? I should have been told this originally!!

Needless to say I dropped em and went with Settlement Capital. I moved now to MA and am all the better. Be warned taht sales rep always told me about the ceo whom always is an attorney. Please research before you sign!!!!!
