Ray Smith sold sick parvo pups to many people.

Claimed he vaccinated his dogs but turns out never vaccinated any! He lied.

My Maltese puppy died at 8 weeks old thanks to this man.

It started with a litter of Maltipoos and he mixed puppies from of different breeds, which you never should do.

Sells dogs out of his tanning beds. The vets up and down 280, and Oak Mnt. in Birmingham, AL were filled with his Parvo dogs such as Maltipoos, Maltese, and even shih tzus!

Claims he has family that breeds, but is believed to be getting these from puppy mills and selling them for  high prices.

This is simply animal abuse!He needs to be shut down and stopped.

It cost of thousands of dollars to try to save my Maltese but he died anyway.

Now, the carpet has to be ripped up and the entire house cleaned with bleach. Parvo is highly contagious and can live in carpet and grass up to 7 years. This man should be held liable for animal abuse most importantly, and sued for monetary and emotional damages that he caused all of these families, who lost their dogs to Parvo. Only one or two survived...the veterinarians did the best, but could not save most of them. Nothing can stop the pain of the owners who shelled out thousands of dollars to try and save their dogs but Ray Smith should have to pay all of these vet bills as well as the cleaning of homes, floors, carpet replacement, rugs etc. that has to be done because of him.

This man needs to pay for what he has done and is still doing. He needs to be stopped right now. I can't believe Alabama law is so weak that they are going to let this continue.
