Mr. Ray Smith comes as a convincing person with his story about hardwork and honesty. Once you transfer the money then the true colors shows up......he does not answer your Voice Mails, Emails and phone calls. DO NOT ENCOURAGE THIS SALES TACTIS.

If you ever want to deal with them then tell him to generate the leads first and then you will send the payment. I also discussed with him about the RipOFF report and he cooly told me that they do business with thousands of agents and they cannot satisfy everybody....so BEWARE...choice is yours

As lots of reports are now popping up about these scam artists, they are hitting people hard.  I was approached by Ray, he made it seem like its huge operation, they have hundreds of agents working for them.....He promised he can provide me with Mortgage leads and we signed a contract. For some reason he has Alberta address, but he really is in Delhi, Inida....Without going too much into the detail as its same story with everyone, I have lost $1300. After the money was sent there is hardly any contact nor a single mortgage lead....please stay away from them

One thing I have done is contact Delhi police Commissioner email: cp.bsbassi@nic.in and he acknowledge the my report and he give the file to Joint Commissioner of police, email: jtcp-swr-dl@nic.in
