R&B Metal Structures Promised to deliver in 2 to 4 weeks but 5 weeks later the excuses began Jackson Georgia

On October the 27th 2015, I ordered a 22' x 21' Carport. I was told at the time in 2 to 4 weeks, the carport would be installed. My wife received a courtesty call around the 29th, stating again that in 2 to 4 weeks someone would call with an appointment time.

We waited until December the 2nd to call them back. That is when the excuses started about rain and the holidays had them way behind and it would be 2 to 4 weeks more before we would receive another call just to schedule the install.

I own a business myself and when I sell a customer a product or service, I give them a schedual of when I will do the job. And rain can sometimes cause me to reschedule the job and it is done as soon as possible, not a month later.

Giving customers the run around, espically after they pay a deposit is very poor customer service. After a few phone calls back and forth on December 3rd, I managed to get the carport cancelled, but was told I had to go to the dealer here locally to get the refund of my deposit.

The dealer refused to give me my deposit and called me a lier. He said he never told me it would be installed in 2 to 4 weeks. After a few choice words, I left and then called the corporate office ( 866 238-3501).

They told me it wasn't their problem and would not help me in any way to get my deposit back. I was under the impression that I was dealing with a local company in my area, then I realized the company is not even in the same state.

This company is nothing more than rip off and get rich doing so!
