The salesmen stated that the carport would be installed within 6 weeks. Did not get started until 2+ months had past. When the truck arrived they wanted payment up front before they would begin installation. I thought this was strange as most jobs are paid on completion and satisfaction. A downpayment had already been made. They did not have all the materials on the truck necessary to complete the job. So with full payment made and a half finished job, they promised to return to finish at a later date. I was offered and an additional feature to my structure for my trouble. After waiting another few weeks they returned but still did not have all the materials needed to finish. Several months, phone calls, and assurances later they company will no longer even acknowledge that the job is unfinished. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are dishonest and unreliable. Never pay more than half until a build is complete.
