Readers Discount Center Told me I had "won" all these magazines for only $xxx.xx per month. No thank you. Evidently they did not understand. Magazines came!! Grrrr!! Los Angeles California

Several years ago, I received a telemarketing call saying I had "won" numerous magazines.  But I had to pay a small fee per month.  I told them thanks but no thanks.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Magazines began arriving anyway.  I don't remember if I was billed or not, but I did not pay anything. I returned the magazines for awhile, then just began throwing them away.

Several telephone calls ensued over a short period of time. I argued with them each time, telling them that I did not want to participate and was not paying anything. Phone calls ceased.  Magazines kept coming.  I tossed them.

 May I state again that this had to be over 7-8 years ago.
