Real Estate Webmasters-Morgan Carey Abusive and Threatening Emails Because I didn't Want to Work with Them!! Internet

I contacted this company and asked for a representative to contact me.  I did receive an email saying that my "account manager" would be Morgan Carey.  Of course, I did not know that it was his company.  When I called back, he was unavailable, and the person that answered the phone was unable to find one single person to take my call after keeping me on hold for more than five minutes.  I told him I was not interested in working with a company that had no one I could access, and that they had lost a potential client as a result.

I then got a rude, obnoxious email from Morgan Carey entitled "This Behavior Will Not Be Tollerated!!"  (Misspelling his mistake, not mine).  He demanded an apology and threatened to "make an example out of me" on his blog if I didn't apologize to him and his staff for my "rude behavior."  I told him to get lost. Then he posted on Google that I was an "abusive realtor,"  contacted me repeatedly through my website, to make unreasonable demands, and to attack me on every level.  He even sent me the apology as he thought it should be written.  In quotes.  So I sent it back to him saying "here you go" and he wrote back that it wasn't an apology, it was "another dig" (?).  Perhaps he was referring to the fact that I told him "tolerated" had one L, not two.

He continues to smear me on his blog and on Google and to send me harassing emails demanding an apology.  Members of his "cult following" (that's how they refer to themselves) have emailed me saying they were embarrassed by his behavior, and that I should just do what he wanted so he won't ruin my reputation. 

I don't know who Morgan Carey thinks he is, but he obviously has a problem with rejection.  He may be the best website designer (but that is not really what he does, he does SEO) in the entire universe, but he is using his talents in a negative and abusive way to control and manipulate.  In fact, I think threatening someone in order to get them to do what you want is tantamount to blackmail. 

In my opinion, I have no obligation to work with any company that can't step up to the plate, and if he can't handle that, well, too bad. And by the way, it's pretty rude to keep someone on hold for more than 5 minutes in the course of a business day.   And then not get on the phone.
