Red Productions was hired to shoot and edit our wedding video summer 2008. We paid in full, and "Dan" showed up and shot the wedding but never followed through with the end product.
I spoke with Rachel Paterson several times and she kept telling me that the video had been shipped and that they would send another since I never received the first. They supposedly shipped the video 3 times, yet I never received it once.
My last contact with Rachel was October 17th, 2008 when I asked for the tracking number on the last sent video. She told me that the person with the number was out of town. I went out of the country for 2 weeks and when I returned there was no video. I tried calling Rachel and her number her name had been taken off the voicemail. I tried emailing and got an automated message saying her internship with Red Productions was over and that I needed to contact Robert Rogers.
Well, suprise suprise. Robert never answeres his calls, texts or return voicemails or emails. I filed with the BBB, but they closed the case b/c he never responded.
We are so upset that we do not have the video footage to remember our wedding.

If you paid in full then you have a contract and proof of payment. Take them to small claims court. If you have a contract and proof of payment you are in the drivers seat. Do not delay, they have had enough notice. Do it!
