Red Productions And Robert Rogers Red Productions Not Delivering Contracted and Paid Services Lansing Michigan

My husband and I were married on September 20, 2008. We had a contract with Red Productions to video all pre-service activities, the ceremony, and reception. They showed and were wonderful to work with. Robert Rogers was extremely polite whenever I spoke with him. He even ofered to take $100 off because he enjoyed working with us. This was in addition to the 10% that was taken off because a friend had referred us.

We paid for the cheapest package, but at the wedding there were two camermen and a young women doing interviews. I found out about the interviews later and thought they were just being extremely generous, seeing how we had just gone over the last minute details and there was no change in the package or contract.

After writing a thank you to them one week after the wedding, I became nervous when I had not heard from them. The final check had cleared, so I knew they had the money.

Now, six months later, I still have not heard from them. I have written numerous emails and called the office countless times. My husband and I have retained an attorney who has sent two letters asking for a response. I have now contaced the attorney general as well as the media.
