Post Media Network accepted my payment from PayPal for a program they call Registry Patrol and offered unlock codes. This was a recommendation from a site called asknerd.com. There is no place in the program or anywhere else to enter the codes and make use of the program. Their technical support (so-called) assures a response within 12 to 24 hours. 24 hours have passed and I have had no response whatever to my e-mails. Pay Pal has stated "the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund." You can bet I won't use Pay Pal for anything further and I'm still out the $39.95.
