I recently bough a peice of software and was really happy with what I got. The transaction went smooth and I thought everything was fine.

Well, last night I noticed a charge on my credit card from a company called Shopping Essentials. I contacted them and they said they got approval from a company called Digital River. A little internet research shows them to be the parent company of Regsoft.com and they are the company that handled the purchase of the software I bought.

I did not sign up for anything and I am very diligent when it comes to my purchases and there was nothing on their site about Shopping Essentials.

BEWARE of any company that uses RegSoft.com as their shopping cart.
