RegSoft.com They have received my money via Paypal and did not send me anything! Eden Prairie, Minnesota

I have purchased a software and paid for it the full amount via Paypal to regsoft.com.
The amount was 52.95 USD, and Paypal had confirmed that my money was sent to regsoft.com. In return, regsoft.com should have sent me the registration number immediately for the software to make it a full version. The price for the software is 49.00 USD, the rest is an handling fee charged by regsoft.com. The regsoft order trajing number is 7155228.

Instead of sending me the registration number, regsoft sent me an email notification informing me that my order is not being processed unless I confirm my payment information via Paypal. I have completed my purchase via Paypal, and that they reeived the payment was confirmed by Paypal as well. So, what else should I send them?

This regsoft company now keeps me waiting for days, not sending me anything, charging me for handling and for the software while not processing/doing anything. This is what I call a rip-off!

I have mailed them twice about this, but they do not care to reply.
I have never had such problems with online purchases that I have done before like this one.

This company regsoft.com is an absolute crap company, they take people's money, and you do not get anything in return for it!

I would warn all other consumers not to do any business with this crap company, they are not worth the money they are charging! The sooner they disappear from the marker altogether, the better it is! Nobody needs such a crap company and their crap "services"!
