Placed order, inquired if the order was a auto reship.  It was cancelled 3 hours later,

informed since I cancelled must pay full price instead of low introductory. Offer

Ship product back at my expense. In the confrontation email of order it stated,

that it would be 1 to 2 business before ITEM shipped , predator shipping practices.

Rejuviderme Nuvoderm Dream Big Online Holdings Junisse BEWARE! This product has a Risk Free Trial page at www.tryrejuviderme.com. It says that you can try the product FREE and ONLY pay for Shipping and handling. DONT PUT YOUR INFORMATION IN THE BOX! By placing your name and info in the box you automatically accept auto shipments. The ONLY place you can read this is in the tiny terms and condition box. There is no FREE trial! You will automatically be charged for $96.86 after 14 days for your risk free trial ...after that they will automatically send product and charge you $96.86 each month. Customer service will argue with you that you ordered it. they will not show you the original contract that you agreed to this service and they will send you the run-around. I was just on the phone for almost 2 hours and only got a 50% refund from a guy named Dante. he was nice enough but nicely told me that it was my fault for not reading the terms and conditions. I also called the other phone number on my credit card for service. I spoke with operator Jenny and Operator Ella. Neither spoke clear English and neither helped me at all. My advice? Wait till a reputable company puts this product out. one that does not have to secretly charge your card to get you to buy it. This speaks volumes about the product. If it is SO GOOD, then why not be upfront with the product and the charges? And why not offer a True and Real free trial? Salt Lake City Utah

Rejuviderm Ordered 30 day trial which cost $4.95 shipping on two products on 11/8/2014. Received products on 11/15/2014. No receipt no nothing. A piece of paper with name of product and a customer service number. Checked bank account. Charged $4.95 twice for each product on 11/9/2014. On 11/16/2014, checked account, they charged me $181.00 for full price of product. I did not sign up for this. I want my money back. Lumberton, Wyoming IWyoming
