Reliable credit Scammers Federal way Washington

We went to a used car lot that referred us to Reliable Credit for the car we wanted. We got a loan of about 4600 with interest.  

My husband was late on the last two payments do to some malfunction of the bank and yes that is two months, we were at fault for our late payment. So repos came for our car, well ok, I thought we will go down like they want us too to discuss the payment to get our car back. They asked for $2600 dollars. What? Then they said we owe $5000. Um no cause I even seen on the paper for the repo guys it said 4600 for the whole loan amount with interest. What the tow cost was $400 dollars to drive 10 miles at most? No again. Here's how I believe they work. They hope you default on payment, maybe not everybody but this is where the real money is! Then they take your car and give an amount they know you can not afford, they increase the loan amount so when they sell your car they take the money that was more than it would have been thats a short term investment. They don't want to wait 3 to 4 years if they don't have to. They get your car, they keep your car. Really bullshit cause we put $7000 dollars down, and most likely since they auction it off you won't get nearly what you should. Do not take bisness with these guys. They will ruin your life.
