Its a three call process!! First they tell you they have buyers, LIE! Then they tell you the buyers will make an offer, LIE!! Next they'll tell you the family was approved for a loan that they will use to purchase your timeshare, another LIE!! Finally they congratulate for the sale of your property, and they charge your credit card, SCAM!!!

You are advised that the sale takes an "upwards" of 90 days...120 days will pass and still no closing documents, no check for the sale of your timeshare. They are laughing all the way to the bank with your money!

Source: I was one of the people scammed! I paid $2250 for a deed clearing packet. Never received it. I signed a contract online, not realizing that's where Im authorizing payment with my credit card. The bank couldnt charge back the money. DO NOT SIGN or AGREE to anything with this company!
