Do not be fooled by this company, they are hustlers. We had one negative post on the entire internet. When I called Reputation.com to inquire about hiring them to help us, they told us "no problem, in a few months that post would be on page 4-6 of a Google search." We paid them $4900 to have this one post moved.

Well 6 months later the one negative post about us has actually moved up to the top of the page of a google search. When I called Reputation.com to discuss this, they immediately told me it was going to take more money to be able to fulfill their original promise. The "manager" and our "account representative" actually admitted that "we may have initially misrepresented what we can do".  Yet the only solution they could come up with was us paying them more money.  Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.  We of course did not pay them anything else, and plan to sue them.

I have since read several negative reports on pissed consumer.com and other sites, detailing the exact same scenario we are going through. Their are claims stating Reputation.com actually manipulates the internet so as to move your negative post to the top of Google searches, causing their customer to panic, resulting in the customer agreeing to pay them more money.

Lastly, their writing quality is poor, their "managers" and "account representatives" are way too young to have any genuine business skills, and it appears that the only adults in the building are the sales representatives, who after the hard sale and capturing your money are gone.

Reputation.com IS the problem. They are liars, and rip off artists. Stay far away from this company.
