Reputation.com, hiding under the name Sky Publishing, is screwing its own contactors. When I was hired 18 months ago as an editor, I was told I had a full-time job at 14/hour. Two months later they instituted new software and I was paid "per piece," at $3 or $6/each, depending on the type of content. They then hired way too many people and I spent months with my screen refreshing every three seconds, hoping to claim a task before someone else did. Now they have slashed the pay to $3/piece, regardless. For writers it's even worse; what used to pay $20 is now $7.50. They are advertising for contactors at the new rate, and have dropped the U.S. resident requirement. We are being outsourced. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are scum.
