Reship Package withheld instead of being reship. Repeatedly asking for credit card verification. Fees added Portland Oregon

At the end of January, a friend and I ordered vitamins from a company, and since we live in France and they do not ship to France, we had the package sent to Reship to have them send it to us. The order was over 280 USD.

First Reship fussed over the credit card, pretending that it didn't match the subscriber, and repeatedly asking for photocopies of the credit card.

At this point we ad a doubt, and asked Reship to return the package to the sender. They asked for prepaid return shipping labels. The customer service manager of the company that had sent the package called them, and when I called him afterwards, he told me he was amazed at how rude the person had been, and that she was complaining that we had not paid enough yet. The labels were sent by post, and of course Reship said they never received them, asking for new labels to be sent by email.

They have been very slow to respond the whole time, and in the meantime sent a notice saying that items unshipped after 60 days incur a 1 dollar a day storage fee, and that after 90 days, they give themselves permission to dispose of the package.

Any help is appreciated, I just want Reship to return my package to the sender at this address:
