reward port this company is a ripoff i 've been waiting since february to get a 25 dollar walmart gift card internet

I joined reward port 2 years ago along with a few others that offer gift cards or a check  for surveys.  I have received payments from all but 2 mainly because i didn't have my own computer and couldn't always read my mail.When i finally earned enough with reward port I sent for a 25 dollar wal-mart giftcard  in february of 2013 it is now september. I received my giftcards/checks from the other sites within 2 to 8 weeks but nothing from reward port.At one point when i checked the status of my reward it said my giftcard was being sent,

but when i checked it again a few weeks later it just said it was pending why? I have tried severals times to contact the company but whenever i type in support@rewardport.com this  message comes up (could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed) what does this mean? All i want is to get what i earned, if they can't pay people like they say then this website should be shut down and the company sued. It's really annoying to do all those surveys and read all that mail only to not get what you earned. If any one has any advice please help.
