I wanted to move to Denver and decided to contract with this company. They assured me and my wife that they would change our lies. But, from the time we signed on and gave them our savings, it has been going south more and more. They are committing bait and switch sales fraud when they first contact you, since you think you are answering an ad for an opening. Then, the whole service is about telling you to network, when they claimed to have all the connections I would need in the Den-ver area. I have now found out that they have changed their name several times. It's all about a ca-reer counseling ripoff, misrepresentation, unprofessional methods, lies about the backgrounds of their staff and more. Never give this company any money!

How can RCMI "review it's files" and conclude that they're unsure how this person isn't satisfied???!?!??? They don't know who the person is. They have no name, phone number, address, etc to use to narrow it down to one "file" from which they can conclude anything from.
Would RCMI care to publicly share exactly how many people they have placed, what their names are, what companies they were placed at, and in what position?

As President of the company, it is our sincere desire to ensure that all of our clients are completely satisfied with our service and the results received from our program. After reviewing our files, we are uncertain as to what client this comment refers to. I would encourage "Jordan" to contact our office in Denver, Colorado so this issue can be resolved to his satisfaction.
As a locally owned and operated business, we pride ourselves with the success of our clients obtaining career positions. We have successfully served thousands of individuals locally and we will continue to provide outstanding quality services to them.
