RMCB Collection Agency is stating that my 11-year-old owes Discovery Support Services $21 for her and another $21 for her 8-year-old sister's release of information. Where's my name? Why are they harassing her? What in the world is this even for? This has got me really upset. I was on hold with RMCB for more than one hour being transferred because "this is another department". I told them this was long distance and they said to call their 1-800 number~it was a fax machine!!! Help!
