Robertson tire Purchased tire, the tires were defective, they ruined the wheel on my car, installed one tire backwards. Tulsa, Oklahoma

I took my Mercedes-Benz to Robertson Tire to get two new front tires, an oil change and brake pads. While installing the tires they distroyed my right front wheel and then denied it. After I showed them all the fresh paint and aluminum particles, they had to agree that the damage just happened. The tires are Mitchlen Pilot Sports. Clearly marked on the side wall which way it's supposed to rotate, as if the tread wasn't enough of an indication that it's a very directional tire, yet they installed the right front tire backwards. They took all the chrome valve stem caps off and replaced them with plastic ones, I complained about it, but they disappeared and weren't to be found. The tires were nearly $600 for the two, and they never were able to balance them.. When I got into the car, the mechanics greasy cap had made lots of contact with the head liner. Black grease doesn't look very good on a light grey headliner. I put 500 miles on the new tires, then went and bought new ones(to replace them), they(hate replacements) are balanced perfectly. It wasn't the car, it was the tires, Robinson tried four times to balance them, but just couldn't get the job done. They offered to fix my wheel, it would be a three day turnaround. I just don't have that kind of time. A new wheel would have been the appropriate response to tearing up a perfect wheel on such a car. I did get a discount of a few dollars on the brake pads. This is an expensive automobile. I wouldn't take a clunker to them if I wanted anything done correctly. If your going to use Robertson Tire for your next anything on your vehicle, just be aware of the high level of incompetence there. I'm a fair person, I did send a complaint on their company website over two weeks ago. No response..... so I'm posting my experience here.
