Roblox Multiple fradualent charges on different credit cards, called iTunes to block cards, depleted paypal account - hacking other cards San Mateo California

I have called iTunes multiple times over my 10 year old (that does not have access to credit cards) for fraudualant activity or charges on my account. She loves playing Roblox, and is not being forcecd to stop playing with her friends because we have had to close down multiple credit cards for charges that keep showing up on my bank account. I checked my itunes account and it is set to "no card on file". After the first time it happened, we switched for her to only have purchases via an iTunes card at the recommendation of Apple.

I called Apple to find out we don't have any credit card payments saved to our profile and no previous activity with stored credit cards in the last few months. I'm furious that has happened mulitple times and only with Roblox. Roblox does NOT have a customer service phone number, and have multiple complaints listed all over the internet about similar circumstances. There was several hundred dollars racked up in a short period of time. My sister had the same thing happen to her this morning - thus why I am fed up and writing this in.

I was called by my credit union last week that detected possible fraudulent activity on my account and cancelled my credit card to send out anothter one. I am concerned they will find another way to get back in to my account and access additional money.

Who has successfully escaped the Roblox nightmare and recovered their money? If so, HOW as this has become a horrific nightmare.
