Roblox or Unauthorized charges that keeps reoccurring
My daughter has been playing Roblox for a few years now. Last summer she started buying Robux by using an iTunes card. For some reason I started noticing that unauthorzed charges continued to reoccurr. I followed every step from customer service of Apple and Roblox. Now that her account has been deleted, these charges keeps resurfacing on my iTunes account. Apple will no longer issue any more refunds. I have spoken to Roblux's customer service and they assured me that this will no longer happen. Each purchase is for Robux and the purchase history says it was used by my daughter's iPad. Of course customer service from Roblox and Apple assumed these purchases were being done by my daughter, but Roblox failed to acknowledge that I was not the only victim.
