Rock Star promised $150 in free gas. When I called to make appointment Brian explained that you receive $25 gift cards each month for free gas. This sounded great, so I scheduled the repair. Well, the cards never came. After 6 months of monthly phone calls to Brian and hearing every excuse in the book ("oh, sorry, they didn't have your address right," "oh, sorry about that, they're supposed to go out to you next week," "oh, sorry, we're waiting on the gas card company we contracted with to send another batch to us," "oh, sorry, the company we were working with went bankrupt and we're waiting on the case to close, it should probably only be a couple weeks from now.") I eventually gave up and am calling Ch. 3-on-your-side next. What a rip off!
