I ordered a Black and Decker dust buster, paid for item, never received. Called company and bogus message "we're assisting other customers, please call back". Unable to leave message. Called the number every day for more than a week and never got through. Sent at least 10 emails and received generated response "someone will get back to you within 24-48 hours. The company is a fraud. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Thank God I only paid $29 for the item. From what I'm seeing, others are out much more!! They should be shut down. What a scam!
