RocketIAQ Blatant Total Ripoff Internet

Bottom line, it appears RocketIAQ's 'business model' is to take orders/money, and send no product.

I placed an order over a month ago; received an order acknowledgement, but other than the immediate charge to my credit card, there has been zero activity on the order since then.  There is no way to get through to them as the posted 800 number is merely a recording directing callers to their email address.  Their email autoreply states it takes them 24-48 hours to respond.  The first time I emailed, over two weeks ago, they did respond after two days, asking if I wanted the order cancelled; I told them to go ahead and send my heater filters.  Nothing was sent, no activity on the order, and there has been no response to the emails I sent earlier this week.  I just filed a dispute with my credit card company.
