I ordered tea from this company. Upon receiving the order they said they would email me when the order was shipped. Approximately one week later, after not having heard from them, I emailed them to inquire about my order. They initially responded, but, the order never arrived. I then requested a refund and have made multiple attempts to inquire about my order/refund but, I have not gotten a response. The 1-800 number I found for the company does not seem to work either.
