On November 6, 2010 I placed an order with this company slim weightpatch.com . I did receive the patches and tried to apply them as instructed but they would not stick to my skin. I immediately called Customer Service at 1-800-493-0268 and talked to a Susan . This was on 11/17/10.
She told me they were having problems with some of the patches and asked me for the batch number which was on the packing slip. I told her I would have to call her back as I did not have the info in front of me. I retreived the packing slip and immediately called her back with the info.
She told me they would ship out replacement patches tomorrow. I have since called and emailed the company without success. The last email was they had already answered my problem.
I did receive a email telling me they had contacted their shipping team for an update and once they have contacted them they will contact me. So far nothing.
I think I am getting the run around and they are a rip off company.

slimweight patch rip-off

i ordered the slimweight patch from the end of january, 2012 and only received a order number, when i logged onto my account they had my order as shipped but i received no shipment e-mail, no tracking number, nothing. i sent them about five or so e-mails and have received no response at all and now it is March 5th 2012 and i have yet to receive the slimweight patch. yet they took the money for the product off my account. they promise to respond to your e-mails but thats a lie. they just took the money and i received no product. Also i have been fishing the net for a number to call the company and so far any number i have found does not work. I do not appreciate this type of "customer service".

I ordered the 6 month supply $153 on 11/28/10 the money was debited on my credit card 11/29/10 their shipping clain was 5-12 days for US orders and possible a couple of days for customs security.
As of 01/01/11 I still have not received my product. I called them in the middle of December and was told to give them till the end of December because of the Christmas holiday. I emailed their customer support dept who claims a response within 24 hours and have not received a response yet.
Now they are closed until the 3rd or 4th of Jan. Believe me I will be calling them again. I think that I am entitled to either getting the product overnighted to me at their expense or get my money back.

Credit for Replacement Patches that were not sent.

On December 24, 2010 I received an email from Roduve Healthcare Solutions that they were giving me a full credit for the replacement patches that I did not receive. I checked my credit card and they did give me credit. This was after many emails, telephone calls and a Ripoff report statement. Thank you Ripoff for your site.

We're sorry to hear you haven't received your replacement order yet. Occasionally orders get lost by the postal services.
Can you please send me your order number in reply to the ticket number that you have bene given when you emailed me? If you mention my name and the fact that granted the refund personally, we will be more than happy to issue the full refund as promised by our company guidelines.
