Ron Gagnon or Ron Shirley or whatever name he uses these days is absolute scum and deserves to be put behind bars.  Based on what I've witnessed, he writes bogus agreements to investors for "ownership" of his nutrition company only to use their money for whatever he does.  He'll also claim that he's wealthy and name drop lots of people but all he is doing is using other people's money. To top that off, he'll have a lawyer draft out a settlment offer to get his backers off his back only to not honor it.

How do I know folks?  I've seen it myself.  Makes me sick to my stomach as a legal professional to witness this.  I've asked him many times to not use my name because I no longer want to be associated to him.

Word of warning for all of you - if you have given this guy your money, consider your money gone.  Don't say that I didn't warn you.
