I am an agent, acting for a group of victims with an interest in recovering their lost funds as a result of, and/or exposing, the fraudulent activities of Ron William Shirley, aka Ron Gagnon, currently CEO of OYP Inc. o/a Optimize Your Performance optimizeyourperformance.com/
He has perpetrated and committed his fraudulent activities in North America (as far as we know), as early as 2008 in Colleyville, TX. More info on his incarceration as a result of this fraud can be found here: .localnewsonly.com/2008LNO/news/03_2008/08_03_30shirley.htm
 | Ron William Shirley, 43, was charged by 348th Civil District Judge Dana Womack for refusing her order to turn over documents regarding ;repayment of a $600,000 loan. The plaintiff in that original case was listed as Daniel Garrison. Garrison has sued Ron Shirley and Michael Sutton, along with Southlake based firms Lockett Partners, LP, and Great Southwest Holdings LLC as defendants.

His most current fraud has been, and continues to be, perreptrated in Toronto and Oakville, Ontario, Canada through the operation of OYP Inc, o/a Optimize Your Perfromance, which he founded in 2010.
It is the intention for this group, and this report, to provide details of their own personal accounts of their experiences with Ron Shirley and the fraud he has committed on them, as well as others, over time.
