I received 2 sets of knives from Ronco that were never ordered and when I received my credit card statement found that I was charged $83.39 ($39.99 for the knives and $43.40 for shipping).

I have tried contacting Ronco to return the knives but cannot get through to the number given.

I am contacting my State (Maine) Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau in addition to Ripoff report.

Roncor Group Roncor I used RonCor for a debt settlement program to help me pay off my credit cards. I paid them $523 a month for over 2 years and they used that money collected to settle only one of my 3 credit cards, and left me with the rest of the debt to pay myself and took the rest of my money. Roncor Group, Inc They have 3,900.00 I've paid them for bill consolidation before I was ever late making a payment,now what I owed is way more than the original balance. I looked at my credit report and I have write offs collection agency you name it I have it. I thought this was a legitimate law firm, I heard it on the radio and I thought it would be a good idea.
