Ronnie morgan And the SLUM LORD of the Year goes to ARDMORE Oklahoma

 First and foremost this man Ronnie Morgan is a slum lord that trumps the worst I have ever dealt with. When he first showed my family the house we rented he not only failed to repair any of the items he told us he would repair i.e cabinet doors hanging in one hinge in the bathroom, but also failed to repair the dishwasher, which, when loaded down with dishes leans forward because it wasn't anchored in. He sent unqualified "repair men" who didn't fix the problems but only made them worse. About 2 weeks into living in the house we also discovered rat poop under the kitchen sink and judging by the amount of it, it had been their a while. Now before we moved in he assured and reassured us that he takes care of his tenants. That right there is a bold faced lie. Not only does he not take care of his tenants but he also makes himself unavailable by not answering or responding to phone calls or text messages. Now the be all end all is the fact that he feels that he is above the law by this he will throw in your face that he can show up at any of his rentals anytime he wants with no notice and inspect the property. This is a lie, he is ignorant and that is putting it nicely. Attention all who read this in the ardmore oklahoma area. It would be wise to find someone who will actually do as they say rather than goat people in and suck them dry like a leech. At one point before we left I sent him a not so nice text which he did not lIke. He gave us a 5 day notice via text message. Now I'm not one that knows everything about law let alone oklahoma law. But what I do know is that type of "5 day eviction" won't hold up in court.
